About Ambler

I am the father of three adult children, two daughters and a
son. I say this because I want you to understand me as a
family oriented person. I am at ease from the “boardroom
to barnyard” and will do all I can to ensure that you are
comfortable with my work.

I am a creative person behind the camera, who looks for an
image that you will enjoy viewing and sharing with others.
My entire life, from the time I first held a Kodak Brownie as
a child, I have been enthralled by my ability to capture a
unique image that others did not see.

Not everyone who picks up a camera has the creative or
technical ability to capture the image in a manner that
others would find pleasing to the eye. Somehow, I have that
ability. My maternal Grandmother was an accomplished
artist, who though long deceased, still has her work in
commercial production. I have been told I have an “artist’s
eye” in the images I capture. Because of that, I absolutely
love photography!

My commitment is to give you courteous and professional
service in capturing images that you will be proud to share
with others.

I offer competitive pricing to fit your budget.  Portfolio and
references are available upon request.

There is no charge for initial consultation about your
photography needs.

I hope you will invite me to capture a magic moment in your
life. If you do, I'll do my best to make you a STAR!

"Amazing pictures!

Mr. Brown came out to the airport
when my husband returned home
from Iraq. He took absolutely
beautiful pictures! My husband and I
are so grateful that he could be
there to capture the end of a long
journey and the beginning of a new
one. I can't thank him enough for
coming on such short notice; no
other photographer that I called
Saturday morning even called me
back for a Sunday night! Highly
recommended!"

Dear Ambler,

My husband and I want to thank you
from the bottom of our hearts for
the beautiful pictures of Chris'
homecoming with Brittany. She is
our daughter and we live in
Louisiana, so we could not be there
for his return. It has been a long
year for everyone. This is such a
treasure for them and for us. You
did a beautiful job of catching every
emotion. We truly appreciate you
giving your time and taking such
great photos. Brittany spoke very
highly of you and now we know why.

One thing I feel strongly about is a need for people in business to give back to the community that
supports them. I appreciate very much those who volunteer for worthy causes and give of their time,
talent and financial resources to help deserving organizations.  In my online galleries you will see
images from Boy Scout events and the Arthritis Foundation.  I also support East Tennessee Public
Television (ETPTV) in Knoxville with their photographic needs. These are organizations I have a
personal interest in and am happy to support.
